Privacy Policy

Effective Date: October 8, 2026

1. Who We Are and What This Policy Covers
Saint Joe Christmas Events, LLC d/b/a Wunder Glow (“Wunder Glow,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the website at wunderglow.com (the “Site”) and produces Wunder Glow events and attractions. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect when you visit the Site, buy tickets, sign up for email or text updates, contact us, or attend our events, and how we use, share, and protect that information.

This policy applies to information collected through the Site, our email and text messaging programs, our social media pages, and in person at our events (together, the “Services”). It does not apply to third-party websites or services we link to, including our ticketing provider, which have their own privacy policies.
By using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with it, please do not use the Services.

2. Information We Collect
We collect information you give us, information collected automatically when you use the Site, and limited information from our service partners.
Information you provide to us. Depending on how you interact with us, this may include:

  • Contact details: name, email address, mobile phone number, mailing or billing address, and ZIP code.
  • Ticket and purchase details: tickets, add-ons, gift cards, or packages you buy; date and time of visit; number of guests; and order history.
  • Payment information: card details are entered directly into our ticketing or payment provider’s secure checkout. Wunder Glow does not store full card numbers or security codes.
  • Group, party, and event requests: organization name, group size, preferred dates, and special requests.
  • Waivers and guest information: where a waiver or release is required, the participant’s name, date of birth, emergency contact, and signature, including a parent or guardian’s information for minors.
  • Communications: messages you send through contact forms, email, text, phone, social media, or surveys, and any feedback or reviews you share.
  • Marketing preferences: whether you have signed up for email or text updates and which offers you are interested in.
  • Job applications: if you apply to work with us, your resume and the information in your application.

Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site, we and our service providers may automatically collect:

  • Device and log data: IP address, browser type, operating system, device identifiers, referring URLs, pages viewed, links clicked, and the date and time of your visit.
  • Approximate location: general location (such as city or region) inferred from your IP address. We do not collect precise GPS location unless you choose to allow it in your browser or device.
  • Cookies, pixels, and similar technologies: described in Section 5.
  • Email and text engagement: whether you opened an email or clicked a link in an email or text message.

Information from third parties. We may receive information from our ticketing provider (such as your name, contact details, and order details when you buy tickets), our payment processors (confirmation that a payment succeeded), social media platforms (when you interact with our pages or ads), and advertising and analytics partners.

3. How We Use Your Information
We use personal information to run our events, serve our guests, and market Wunder Glow responsibly. Specifically, we use it to:

  • Sell, deliver, and manage tickets, gift cards, group bookings, and party packages, including confirmations, receipts, refunds, and exchanges.
  • Admit you to our events, verify tickets, and process any required waivers.
  • Send operational messages, such as schedule changes, weather closures, and parking or arrival information.
  • Respond to your questions, requests, and feedback, and provide customer support.
  • Send email and text marketing about upcoming events, discounts, and special offers, where you have agreed to receive them (see Section 4).
  • Run contests, giveaways, and promotions you choose to enter.
  • Show you relevant advertising on other websites and social media, and measure how well our ads work.
  • Understand how guests use the Site so we can improve it, our events, and our offers.
  • Keep our guests, staff, and property safe, prevent fraud and ticket abuse, and enforce our terms.
  • Comply with legal obligations, such as tax and accounting rules, and respond to lawful requests.
  • Review job applications and hire seasonal staff.

We may also combine or de-identify information so it no longer identifies you, and use that aggregated information to understand attendance trends and improve our events.

4. Email and Text Message (SMS) Communications
You choose separately whether to receive marketing emails and marketing text messages from us. Signing up for either is never required to buy tickets or attend Wunder Glow.

Email. If you join our email list, we will send you news, offers, and event updates. We use Mailchimp to send our emails. Our emails may contain small tracking pixels and tracked links that tell us whether an email was opened and which links were clicked, so we can send more relevant content. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of any marketing email. We may still send you transactional emails about tickets you purchased. In line with the federal CAN-SPAM Act, our marketing emails identify Wunder Glow as the sender, use honest subject lines, include our physical mailing address, and honor unsubscribe requests promptly.

Text messages. If you opt in to our text program, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing and informational text messages from Wunder Glow at the mobile number you provide. Our text program is operated through SlickText.

  • Consent is not a condition of purchase.
  • Message frequency varies.
  • Message and data rates may apply.
  • To stop: reply STOP. You will receive one final message confirming you have been unsubscribed.
  • For help: reply HELP, or contact us at info@wunderglow.com or (813) 600-3353.
  • Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

How we protect your mobile information. We collect your mobile number, your opt-in consent, and the date, time, and method of your opt-in solely to operate our text program. We do not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers or text messaging opt-in data and consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. We share this information only with the service providers that help us deliver our messages, and only as needed to do so.

5. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
The Site uses cookies, pixels, and similar tools to work properly, measure traffic, and support our advertising. Cookies are small files stored by your browser; pixels are tiny images or code snippets that record when a page is viewed or an email is opened.

What it does:

  • Keeps the Site and checkout working and secure
  • Session and security cookies
  • Analytics
  • Shows us how visitors use the Site so we can improve it
  • Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager
  • Advertising
  • Shows our ads to people who visited the Site and measures ad results
  • Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Pixel, Google Ads, TikTok, and streaming platforms
  • Embedded content
  • Lets maps, videos, and social posts display on the Site
  • Google Maps, YouTube, social media widgets

Your choices:

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, although some features (such as checkout) may not work without them. You can opt out of Google Analytics with the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on, adjust Google ad settings at My Ad Center, and opt out of interest-based ads from participating companies at YourAdChoices and the Network Advertising Initiative. Your device may also offer settings to limit ad tracking.
Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control. There is no common standard for browser “Do Not Track” signals, so the Site does not respond to them. Where required by applicable state law, we treat a Global Privacy Control signal as a request to opt out of targeted advertising for that browser.

6. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your name, email, or phone number to anyone. We share personal information only in these situations:

  • Ticketing provider. Tickets are sold through Leap Event Technology. When you buy tickets, you provide information directly to that provider, which shares your order details with us so we can admit you and serve you. The provider’s own privacy policy also applies to the information it collects.
  • Service providers. Companies that help us run our business, such as Square, MailChimp and SlickText, Kinsta, Google Analytics, Helpdesk, and advertising platforms. They may use your information only to perform services for us.
  • Advertising and social media partners. As described in Section 5, platforms such as Meta and Google may receive information about your visits to the Site through cookies and pixels to show and measure our ads. Some state laws treat this as “sharing” or “targeted advertising,” and you can opt out as described in Section 9.
  • Affiliated attractions. We may share contact information with attractions under common ownership or management with Wunder Glow so they can tell you about their events, but only where you have agreed to receive such communications or as permitted by law.
  • Event partners and sponsors. Only if you specifically choose to share your information with them, for example by entering a co-sponsored giveaway that clearly says so.
  • Legal and safety reasons. When required by law, subpoena, or court order, or when we believe disclosure is needed to protect the safety of guests, staff, or the public, prevent fraud, or enforce our terms.
  • Business transfers. If Wunder Glow is sold, merged, or reorganized, guest information may transfer to the new owner, who will remain bound by this policy for that information.
  • With your consent. In any other case where you ask us to or agree that we may.

As stated in Section 4, text messaging opt-in data and consent are never shared with third parties for their marketing purposes.

7. Photography, Video, and Security Cameras at Our Events
Wunder Glow events may be photographed and filmed. By attending, you understand that you may appear in photos or video taken by us or our authorized media partners, and that we may use them on our website, social media, and advertising. If you would prefer not to be featured, please tell a staff member at the event or contact us, and we will make reasonable efforts to avoid using identifiable images of you.

If you tag us or use our hashtags on social media, we may repost your content with credit to you. We may also use security cameras on site for guest safety, loss prevention, and incident review.

8. How Long We Keep Information and How We Protect It
We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes in this policy, such as serving you as a guest, keeping required tax and accounting records, resolving disputes, and enforcing our agreements. Signed waivers may be kept for the period required by applicable law. Marketing contacts are kept until you unsubscribe, after which we keep only what we need to honor your opt-out. When information is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information, including secure (encrypted) checkout through our payment and ticketing providers and limiting staff access to those who need it. No website, transmission, or storage system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. If we learn of a breach affecting your personal information, we will notify you as required by law.

9. Your Choices and Privacy Rights
You can always unsubscribe from emails, reply STOP to texts, and manage cookies as described above. You may also contact us at any time to update your contact information or ask us to remove you from our lists.
State privacy rights. Depending on where you live and the laws that apply to us, you may have the right to:

  • Know and access the personal information we hold about you, and get a copy in a portable format.
  • Correct inaccurate personal information.
  • Delete personal information we collected from you.
  • Opt out of targeted advertising, the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information, and certain profiling.
  • Appeal our decision if we deny your request.
  • Not be discriminated against for exercising these rights.

To make a request, email privacy@wunderglow.com with the subject line “Privacy Request,” or call (813) 600-3353. We will need to verify your identity, usually by matching the name, email, or phone number you give us with our records. You may use an authorized agent, but we may ask for proof that the agent is authorized to act for you. We will respond within the time required by law (generally 45 days). If we decline your request, you can appeal by replying to our decision with the subject line “Privacy Appeal.”

California residents may also request, once per year, information about any personal information we disclosed to third parties for their direct marketing purposes in the prior year (California’s “Shine the Light” law).

10. Children’s Privacy
Wunder Glow is a family event, but our website and marketing programs are intended for adults. Tickets must be purchased, and email or text sign-ups completed, by someone 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information online from children under 13. A minor’s name and age may be collected from a parent or guardian when needed for a waiver or a party booking, and we use it only for that purpose. If you believe a child under 13 has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

11. Third-Party Links, Changes, and Contact Information
Third-party sites. The Site links to services we do not control, including our ticketing provider, payment pages, and social media platforms. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, and we encourage you to read them.

Changes to this policy. We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page with a new effective date, and if we make significant changes, we may also notify you by email or a notice on the Site.
