Can I transfer my ticket to another date or time?2026-10-17T21:01:21-04:00

The ticket transfer window ends 24 hours before the start of the time slot listed on your ticket. Tickets may not be transferred within 24 hours of the start of the time slot listed on your ticket. Ticket transfers are subject to a $6 per ticket transfer fee (plus tax), as well as any price difference between the original amount paid and the price for the same ticket type on the new day of attendance.

The price difference at the time of transfer will be calculated as:

The ticket price listed on the website on the new day of attendance

minus

The original amount paid.

A refund will not be issued if the original ticket price is higher than the ticket price for the new day of attendance, nor will this amount be applied to the $6 per ticket transfer fee.

The ticket transfer fee is not refundable. If your new date of attendance happens to be cancelled, you will receive a full refund of your original purchase price but you will not receive a refund of the transfer fee.

Guests must transfer their ticket to a new date. Ticket transfers cannot be “held” for a future, unselected date.

TO INITIATE A TICKET TRANSFER:

Ticketing support staff are available during normal park operating hours, and may not be available outside of normal park operating hours.

Contact the ticketing support line by calling (352) 579-6650.

If I purchase a General Admission ticket, do I have to arrive at my entry time? What if I’m early or late?2026-10-13T17:44:45-04:00

The time printed on your ticket serves as your entry window for the Wunder Glow holiday light and music show path. While guests may enter the facility earlier than their ticketed time to visit the Christmas Village, early access to the Wunder Glow holiday light and music show path will not be permitted. Once inside, you may stay until the park closes. If you arrive after your entry window, you may still enter later that night, but you will not be issued a full or partial refund.

If you purchased an Anytime Entry VIP Admission ticket, you may enter the Wunder Glow holiday light and music show path at any time from 5:30pm until 90 minutes before close on the date printed on your ticket.

Should I buy tickets online or at the box office? If a time slot says “SOLD OUT,” can I still buy tickets at the box office?2026-10-14T13:41:20-04:00

Due to the popularity and limited capacity of our facility, we highly recommend that all guests pre-purchase their tickets online to guarantee access to our park.

If a particular time slot sells out, tickets will not be available at the box office.

Is there an extra charge to visit Santa?2026-10-14T13:21:24-04:00

Santa is in the Christmas Village, and a visit with Santa is included with your admission ticket.

Is there a charge for parking? What is the difference between preferred and standard parking?2026-10-14T13:26:44-04:00

Wunder Glow offers two distinct parking options, each with its own location within the parking area:

Preferred parking is $24 per vehicle (including tax) and includes all-day parking for one vehicle in the parking areas closer to the park entrance. By choosing preferred parking, visitors enjoy the convenience of parking closer to the park’s entrance and attractions. This option is ideal for those looking for quicker and easier access to the park.

Standard parking is $19 per vehicle (including tax) and includes all-day parking for one vehicle in the parking areas farther from the park entrance. Standard parking is a cost-effective option, making it suitable for visitors who don’t mind a slightly longer walk to the park’s entrance.

The key difference between preferred and standard parking at Wunder Glow is the location within the parking area. Preferred parking places your vehicle closer to the park entrance, while standard parking is located farther from the park entrance, which may require a bit more walking. Your choice between these options depends on your preference for convenience and budget considerations during your visit to Wunder Glow.

You can pre-purchase a parking pass through the Wunder Glow tickets page or you can pay when you arrive.

I’m having trouble purchasing or accessing my ticket. Who do I contact?2026-10-14T13:45:15-04:00

There are two ways to purchase tickets:

  • Tickets may be purchased on the tickets page of our website. The cheapest tickets will always be found on the tickets page of our website.

There are three ways to access your tickets after purchase:

  • Log in to the Leap Events website to access your tickets.
  • Bring your ID to the box office upon arrival so we can assist you to retrieve your tickets.
  • Contact customer support by submitting a contact form.
What is your policy regarding refunds?2026-10-14T13:46:32-04:00

Wunder Glow is open rain, snow or shine. We do not offer refunds or rain checks to those customers who do not wish to attend due to weather considerations.

Should Wunder Glow management decide to close the park due to safety considerations, customers will receive a full refund. However, it is up to the sole discretion of Wunder Glow management whether to close the park, and no refunds or rain checks will be offered if Wunder Glow management decides to operate in less than ideal weather conditions.

Do you charge customers if they just want to visit the Christmas Village?2026-10-14T13:49:17-04:00

Do all members of my group need to complete a waiver before entering the park?2026-10-16T10:49:32-04:00

Our insurance company requires all guests age 2 years old and older to complete a waiver before entering our park. Guests under 18 years old must have their parent’s or guardian’s signature on their waiver. Entry into the park without correctly completing a waiver will be considered trespassing.

We recommend you complete your waiver ahead of time at Waiver.wunderglow.com – Do NOT email or mail your waiver to us. Your completed hard copy waiver must be presented in person at the main entrance of the park.

Hard copy waivers will also be available on site, but please be aware that completing your waiver on site may delay your entrance into the park.

Regardless, we recommend you arrive 15 minutes before the time slot listed on your ticket to allow enough time for parking & waiver check in, and to maximize your time at Wunder Glow.
